Badging Fees

Badging Application Process
1. Airport Security Badge Signature Authorization
The airport security badge signature authorization form is required prior to submitting an airport security badge application.
2. Complete the Three Requirements Below Prior to Taking Badging Course
The following items must be completed before arrival:
- Active Digicast Account
- Valid Identification: Please review the I-9 Acceptable Documents list and present two forms of matching identification from the acceptable documents list, one of which must be a primary form. All documents must be valid, written in English language, and not expired or suspended.
- Completed and approved badge Application
Download and type your information on the “SBD Badge Application Form (Fillable PDF)” – Forms must be typed, except for signatures and dates. Handwritten applications or copied signatures will not be accepted. Movement Area Training requests are by appointment only. Walk-ins will not be accepted.
3. Register for Digicast Account*
- Go to this link: https://www.antndigicast.com/Account/Signup
- Fill out the required information to create your account. Your user name can be anything you want.
- Your airport org/id is: SBD
- Under Home Department select: Airport Tenant
- Wait for an email confirmation from DigicastSupport@aaae.org.**
- Click on the link in the email confirmation to activate your account. You will not gain access unless you do this step. **
- Once the account is active, check in at the Badging office to begin the badge course process. Ensure you have an active Digicast account, valid ID, and approved/completed badge application.
- Each employee must have their own email account with a unique username and password
*If you have previously established a Digicast account please do not create another account. Your user name and password can be retrieved by visiting http://www.antndigicast.com/Home/Digicast, click “Sign In,” then click “Forgot your password?”
**Check your junk folder if the email has not arrived in your inbox.
